You acknowledge that participation in physical and wellness activities carries inherent risks including, but not limited to:

Fainting or dizziness

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Kaizen Path, its directors, facilitators, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Illness
Emotional distress
Property loss or damage
Indirect or consequential loss
Except where liability cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
Where required, participants may be asked to complete digital waivers.
Electronic signatures are legally recognised under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth).

Donations to Kaizen Path:
Are voluntary
Are generally non-refundable
Support program delivery and operational sustainability
Tax deductibility applies only if Kaizen Path holds Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status.
We do not guarantee specific personal outcomes as a result of donation funding.
Sponsorship enquiries submitted via the website do not constitute a binding agreement.
