If you do not agree, you must not use this website or participate in our programs.

About Kaizen Path

Kaizen Path is a community-led not-for-profit organisation based in Sydney, NSW, dedicated to strengthening men’s physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing through connection, structured workshops, breathwork, cold immersion, movement, and community programs.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Engage in unlawful or harmful activity with website security or functionality

  • Upload malicious content

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse occurs.

Form Submissions

By submitting any form on this website, you confirm that:

  • You are submitting voluntarily

Submission of a form does not guarantee acceptance into any program or event.

Health & Participation Disclaimer

Kaizen Path activities may include:

  • Breathwork practices

  • Cold immersion / ice exposure

  • Physical training or mobility exercises

  • Bushwalks and outdoor activities

  • Workshops and retreats

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation is voluntary

  • Activities may involve physical exertion and environmental exposure

  • You are responsible for assessing your own physical and mental health suitability

  • You will seek independent medical advice if unsure of your capacity to participate

Kaizen Path is not a medical, psychological, or clinical provider.

Our programs are educational and community-based in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in physical and wellness activities carries inherent risks including, but not limited to:

  • Physical injury

  • Fainting or dizziness

  • Emotional discomfort

  • Environmental risks during outdoor activities

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Kaizen Path, its directors, facilitators, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Illness

  • Emotional distress

  • Property loss or damage

  • Indirect or consequential loss

Except where liability cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Electronic Signatures & Waivers

Where required, participants may be asked to complete digital waivers.

Electronic signatures are legally recognised under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth).

By signing electronically, you confirm your identity and consent to the agreement.

Donations

Donations to Kaizen Path:

  • Are voluntary

  • Are generally non-refundable

  • Support program delivery and operational sustainability

Tax deductibility applies only if Kaizen Path holds Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status.

We do not guarantee specific personal outcomes as a result of donation funding.

Sponsorship & Partnerships

Sponsorship enquiries submitted via the website do not constitute a binding agreement.

Formal sponsorship arrangements will be governed by separate written agreements.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Logos

  • Program structures (including the Ascension Series)

  • Text, graphics, and materials

  • Workshop frameworks

Are the intellectual property of Kaizen Path unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Program Structure & Participation Requirements

Some programs, including the Ascension Series, require completion of prior stages before progression.

Kaizen Path reserves the right to:

  • Refuse participation where safety concerns arise

  • Modify session structure for safety or operational reasons

  • Remove participants who breach behavioural expectations

Respect, safety, and community integrity are non-negotiable standards.
